Grief, Unlocked is a brand operated by Kale Sells, Inc. (“Grief, Unlocked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit thegriefunlocked.com, create an account, join a membership, purchase or use one of our products, complete a quiz or form, communicate with us, participate in our referral or affiliate programs, or otherwise interact with Grief, Unlocked.
We know that information shared in connection with grief can feel deeply personal. We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide our products, personalize your experience, communicate with you, and operate our business.

Please share only the information you are comfortable providing. You are not required to provide detailed medical information or disclose the circumstances of a loss to use most Grief, Unlocked resources.
Sensitive information
Some quiz answers, reflections, support requests, and personalized submissions may reveal information about your health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, religious beliefs, or experiences with loss.
We use this information only to provide the experience or response you requested, administer our services, maintain safety and security, and improve our offerings where legally permitted. We do not use sensitive personal information to determine eligibility for insurance, employment, credit, housing, or healthcare.
Grief, Unlocked does not provide medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis services.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. These providers collect and process your payment card or financial account information according to their own privacy policies.
Grief, Unlocked does not receive or store your complete payment card number. We may receive limited transaction information, such as your name, billing address, payment status, subscription status, purchase amount, and the last four digits of your payment method.

Affiliate partners may receive information needed to confirm that a qualifying referral occurred, such as a transaction status or commission amount. We do not provide affiliates with private quiz responses, reflection answers, personalized submissions, or full payment details.
